Introduction
READ BEFORE INSTALLATION
- Never unscrew the banjo bolts of the hose to reorient them
- Do not bend the hoses at a 90° angle
- Do not route the hoses near a place where it can rub or be pinched
- Do not route the hoses near extreme heat-generating parts (ie: exhaust)
- Do not over tighten the metal collars on the reservoir (torque to 6 lb/in)
- Make sure the reservoir and hose stay clear of any moving parts
(ie: swingarm, chain)
- Hoses can be secured to the frame using zip ties to avoid contact with moving parts
- Make sure that the shock bolts and metal collars are tightened properly before riding

Lift the vehicle off the ground with a jack or on a stand. Remove the stock shock absorbers from the vehicle.

Install the Elka shock absorbers bolting the top mount first with the piggyback reservoirs towards the top with the adjustment knobs towards the outside of the quad.

Refer to the Elka owner’s manual to set the ride height and for adjustment procédures.

Lift the vehicle off the ground with a jack or on a stand. Remove the stock shock absorbers from the vehicle.

Remove the seat and right fender, then install Elka shock with the hose facing the right side of the quad. You will have to pass the reservoir into the swingarm first.

Route the hose along the frame as shown. You can fix hose on frame with tie wraps.

Install reservoir to the front of quad as shown.

Do not over tighten the metal collars on the reservoir (torque to 6 lb/in). Make sure to route the hose according to the pictures.

Refer to the ELKA owner’s manual to set the ride height and for adjustment procédures.

Installation is complete.
