Reservoir Cap replacement Rev.A

  1. Using the appropriate tool, unscrew to protector cap.
    • Using the appropriate tool, unscrew to protector cap.

  2. *WARNING*  Reservoir contain high gas pressure. Be sure the pressure is released before removing the cap. Push de internal valve to remove nitrogen pressure. Remove retaining ring and pull the cap out with the appropriate tool.
    • *WARNING* Reservoir contain high gas pressure. Be sure the pressure is released before removing the cap.

    • Push de internal valve to remove nitrogen pressure.

    • Remove retaining ring and pull the cap out with the appropriate tool.

  3. Apply some grease on the o-ring and push the cap Inside the reservoir. Re-install the retaining ring , and make sure it is sit in is groove Re-install the retaining ring , and make sure it is sit in is groove
    • Apply some grease on the o-ring and push the cap Inside the reservoir.

    • Re-install the retaining ring , and make sure it is sit in is groove

  4. Charge the reservoir at 200 psi of nitrogen. Install the protective cap.
    • Charge the reservoir at 200 psi of nitrogen.

    • Install the protective cap.
