  1. Install the spacers: Insert the big o-ring on the circlip side of the eyelet and put in one of the spacers. Slide the smaller quad-ring over the other spacer. Press in the spacers and slide the shock into place in the mounts.

  2. MOUNT THE SHOCKS :  SCHRAEDER VALVE (OR PIGGYBACK END) AT THE TOP AND TOWARDS OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE. IMPORTANT NOTE: LEFT AND RIGHT REAR SHOCKS ARE IDENTICAL
    • MOUNT THE SHOCKS : SCHRAEDER VALVE (OR PIGGYBACK END) AT THE TOP AND TOWARDS OUTSIDE OF THE VEHICLE.

    • IMPORTANT NOTE: LEFT AND RIGHT REAR SHOCKS ARE IDENTICAL

    • IMPORTANT NOTE: The schraeder valve on the shocks is not an adjustment ! Shocks are charged with nitrogen during assembly. Only a qualified mechanic with proper tools and qualifications can re-charge the shocks after servicing. Messing with the valve can release nitrogen pressure and prevent the shocks from working properly.

  3. 46mm Stage 1 model INSTALL SHOCKS WITH THE SCHRAEDER VALVE AT THE TOP AND TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE.
    • 46mm Stage 1 model

    • INSTALL SHOCKS WITH THE SCHRAEDER VALVE AT THE TOP AND TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE.

    • IMPORTANT NOTE: LEFT AND RIGHT REAR SHOCKS ARE IDENTICAL.

    • INSTALL SHOCKS WITH THE PIGGYBACK RESERVOIR AT THE BOTTOM AND TOWARDS THE BACK OF THE VEHICLE.

    • IMPORTANT NOTE: LEFT AND RIGHT REAR SHOCKS ARE IDENTICAL.

    • IMPORTANT NOTE: The schraeder valve on the shocks is not an adjustment ! Shocks are charged with nitrogen during assembly. Only a qualified mechanic with proper tools and qualifications can re-charge the shocks after servicing. Messing with the valve can release nitrogen pressure and prevent the shocks from working properly.
