Introduction
WARNING
- Never unscrew the banjo bolts on the hoses to reorient them.
- Do not bend hose at 90°.
- Do not route the hose near a place where it can be kluged.
- Do not route the hose near extreme heat generating parts. (Ex : exhaust)
- Do not over tighten the metal collars on the reservoir. (Torque to 6 pds/in or 0.5 pds/ft)
- Be sure reservoir stays clear from all moving parts. (Ex : swing arm, chain)
- Rear shock banjo bolt must face the rear of the quad.
- Lines must be properly secured to the frame using zip ties to avoid contact with moving parts.
- Make sure that the shock bolts and metal collar are fastened properly before riding.

On the Honda TRX250R, the remote nitrogen reservoir must be mounted as shown on the pictures bellow. When installing, it is very important to make sure that no parts will contact, hit or rub against the reservoir when riding.

To install the reservoir, first install the shock in its position on the quad. Secure the shock by tightening the upper and lower bolts. Route the shock’s line all the way to the appropriate reservoir location. Install the reservoir on the rubber mounts provided with your shocks. Secure the reservoir with the metal collars in the right orientation.

The front & rear reservoirs must be secured to the front of the frame, right underneath the fender. Compression knobs must face the side of the quad.

The rear reservoir must be attached to the front of the frame on the left side of the quad, right underneath the fender. The compression knobs must face the front of the quad.
