Introduction

IMPORTANT NOTES, READ BEFORE INSTALLATION

- Never unscrew the banjo bolts on the hoses to reorient them

- Do not bend the hoses at a 90° angle

- Do not route the hoses near a place where it can become clogged or pinched

- Do not route the hoses near extreme heat generating parts (ie: exhaust)

- Do not over tighten the metal collars on the reservoirs (torque to 6 lb.in)

- Make sure reservoir stays clear form any moving parts (ie: swingarm, chain)

- Hoses must be secured to the frame using zip ties to avoid contact with moving parts

- Make sure that the shock bolts and metal collars are fastened properly before riding

  1. Banjo bolt must face towards the rear side of the vehicle with the attachement point towards the sides. Under the bed’s framing, attach the reservoirs to the subframe. Make sure to route the hoses to the appropriate location. The LEFT SHOCK’S RESERVOIR is the LOWER one on the pictures and uses a 15” hose. The RIGHT SHOCK’S RESERVOIR is the UPPER one on the pictures and uses a 28” hose.
    • Banjo bolt must face towards the rear side of the vehicle with the attachement point towards the sides. Under the bed’s framing, attach the reservoirs to the subframe.     • The RIGHT SHOCK’S RESERVOIR is the UPPER one on the pictures and uses a 28” hose.

    • The rebound adjuster (on compact model if applicable, adjustable using a screwdriver) located at the bottom of the shock should face the sides of the quad for convenient access. The bottom eyelet of the shock can be turned 180° if needed.

  2. In your package, you will find 2 different mounting kits for the remote reservoirs. One of the kits has rubber mounts that are cut (see picture below). Use these mounts to attach the left shock’s reservoir to the upper part of the subframe. The cut allows clearance and should face towards the front of the Rhino.
