  1. Remove the OEM shocks. Keep your original bolts to re-use when installing your new Elka shocks. Keep your original bolts to re-use when installing your new Elka shocks.
    • Remove the OEM shocks.

    • Keep your original bolts to re-use when installing your new Elka shocks.

  2. Install the piggyback shock with the reservoir upward and facing outside the vehicle. The lower rebound adjuster need to be oriented facing the outside of the vehicle. Fork can be turned manually. The lower rebound adjuster need to be oriented facing the outside of the vehicle. Fork can be turned manually.
    • Install the piggyback shock with the reservoir upward and facing outside the vehicle.

    • The lower rebound adjuster need to be oriented facing the outside of the vehicle. Fork can be turned manually.

  3. Lift the side panel as shown to make room for the reservoir. Pass the reservoir thru the fender as shown. Pass the reservoir thru the fender as shown.
    • Lift the side panel as shown to make room for the reservoir.

    • Pass the reservoir thru the fender as shown.

  4. Install front remote reservoir shocks with the hoses facing the  rear of vehicle. (Left side shown). Attach the reservoirs on the roll cage as shown. Install the reservoir clamp close to the reservoir head as shown. Clamping reservoir in the middle of the rezzy can cause internal floating piston friction.
    • Install front remote reservoir shocks with the hoses facing the rear of vehicle. (Left side shown).

    • Attach the reservoirs on the roll cage as shown.

    • Install the reservoir clamp close to the reservoir head as shown. Clamping reservoir in the middle of the rezzy can cause internal floating piston friction.

    • The shock lower rebound adjuster need to be oriented facing the outside of vehicle. Fork can be turned manually.

  5. Remove the rear side panel as shown. Remove the rear side panel as shown. Remove the rear side panel as shown.
    • Remove the rear side panel as shown.

  6. Install rear remote reservoir shocks with the hoses facing the rear of vehicle. Lift the side panel as shown to make room for the reservoir. Pass the reservoir thru the fender as show.
    • Install rear remote reservoir shocks with the hoses facing the rear of vehicle.

    • Lift the side panel as shown to make room for the reservoir.

    • Pass the reservoir thru the fender as show.

    • Install the reservoir clamp close to the reservoir head as shown. Clamping reservoir in the middle of the rezzy can cause internal floating piston friction.

  7. On the right side, make sure the hose clear the air intake as shown. On the right side, make sure the hose clear the air intake as shown. On the right side, make sure the hose clear the air intake as shown.
